    CSS3 AND HTML5 Is very advance is basically made for ALL IOS, IPODS, Supported version.. and FLASH no more.. all animation using javascript is very advanced.

    HTML5 and CS3 design platform is used to makes site faster, attractive and more flexible which supports all platforms.

    because they load faster, requiere less web requests, and scale better (to the screensize) --- when done right.
