It's a game yet to be released (going to be sometime this year). There are endless possibilities for running a site with it as a forum/cheats/fan network, etc. (P.S: Also Crytek has trademarked "Crysis2" and NOT crysis two, so it's out of the legal hassles ) Any idea how much it could fetch?
If the name is trademark as you say it is you could face legal issues. Depending on the trademark it could be worth something.
