    Hi All,

    I've plans to setup a lazada crossborder account and sell to southeast asia.

    Company is based in Germany but there is a daughter company in Hong Kong.

    I would love to hear your experience about selling via lazada.

    I ‘m especially interested in how you handle the customer service in the different marketplaces.

    Do you have local teams who can communicate in the local language or do you handle everything in English from abroad?

    What is your experience with returns?

    How do you handle warranty?

    Lazada is a very interesting opportunity and I hope I find some people to exchange experience.
