Cross Language Links

    I was wondering if cross language links have any value.
    Let me give an example.

    You have a website in german language and you buy some links from lets say stumbleupon or facebook. now those websites are in english so those that link has any seo value?

    Cross language links has value. but it also depends on quality of that link - indexd ratio of that page and pr passing value.

    They do carry weight, but if you are a .co.uk site, google will make the reference.

    The value has nothing to do with language,I think.It mainly depends on the site itself.
