I have huge collection of photos of employees.I need to cut out the facial region so that my organization can create ID Cards for each employee. Is there any software / web solution that allows you to crop faces from photos in Bulk Automatically ?
Well you know that's not true otherwise tools like Google's facial recognition couldn't give you exactly what @rainbox9 has described. I don't know of an open source script that does this, but there should be something available to buy. If you get really stuck you could just upload them to Googel photos, let that tool make the headshot and download that.
Hi, sarahk, Yes, Google Photos does this but not in bulk and I think you do not get the instant copy of the headshots. I may be wrong but I didn't see the headshots of all of my photos that are uploaded to Google Photos.
Ok, so you need to reverse engineer their software to do it the way you want but atleast you know it can be done.
Ok, I'll rephrase that @rainbow9 needs to reverse engineer it but at least @rainbow9 knows it can be done
I believe this is what you're looking for, OP: https://sites.google.com/site/elsamuko/c-cpp/opencv-facerecog To clarify: Because that is command-line based, you should be able to automate the cropping part.
Thanks for all your responses.I have found a tool that meets my exact requirements. Its called Face Crop Jet.The software can detect and crop faces from photos in Bulk. Take a look at the website https://facecropjet.com
