Cron via Cpanel Issues

    I need to run some scripts on some sites via cpanel cron icon

    lynx -source http://www.domain/test/test.php > /dev/null 2>&1

    is this correct?

    If so what or how do I run if I want to .htaccess the dir test for protection?

    Any advice?
