Cron Job run a php file

    I have created php file which i would like to run every hour or so.

    I have tried to set up a cron job using cpanel but am having no joy.

    I have tried

    lynx --dump http://www.coffeeclicking.com/PAGEHERE.php > /dev/null

    With no joy.

    Any help would be great. :D
