cron job frequency

I'm going to setup a cron job to check all results in the keyword tracker. I was originally thinking to run it everyday (since I do manually anyway), but then got to thinking that it might be too much just for small movements, if any, in SERs. Every other day seems sufficient for ALL results to be checked (I may check individual manually depending on the term and my competition for the keyword).

What do you guys think? Once a day, Once every other day, or even less often?

that depends on how often you make changes, track those changes and wait for a change. if you just follow trends... once a week is fine, if you aggressively work on your site/links ... everyday.

but of couse, this is an opinion thing.

You make a very valid point. If I'm testing things out, I'm going to be watching results like a hawk. But, since I'm just checking for a pulse, then I may not need daily data.
