Crocmint Payment is Still Pending from last 15 days , does any one have idea

I have 144$ Payment is Still Pending with them when i check Traffic and sales report it does not showing any sales while i got a mail saying a sales is done and i earned commission , when i check QUICK report it showing Total Pending Sale-1 and total pending commision - 144$ can any croc affiliate explain when it will get cleared

This your order is currently marked as Pending and is not verified yet.
Big orders need to be verified before customers card is actually charged.
Once order is verified and customers card successfully charged, your balance in "Total Unpaid Commissions" will increase and that amount will be paid to you on the earliest payout date if it's greater than required minimum ($100 for Paxum, Payoneer, Poshbank, Paypal, Webmoney, $1000 - for Wire transfers).

CrocMint never missed a single weekly payment since the launch of the program.

How to confirm that order is shipped or not , how many days it take for approval of Affiliate payment

 

You can get details of any order by sending order ID via email to affsupport(at)crocmint.com ... But if status of order is still "Pending" - it's obviously not shipped yet.
Most orders are getting verified/accepted within 24 hours and money is added to your unpaid balance.

Unpaid balance is paid weekly, on Wednesdays, there's no hold period.
The only requirement is that it has to be minimum $100 for Paypal, Payoneer, Paxum, Poshbank and Webmoney payouts and $1000 minimum for wire transfer.
If minimum is not accumulated, you'll be paid on the next payout date as soon as it accumulates.

 

I already communicate with affsupport they are saying its a big order and need confirmation on same ... I think if customer already paid those amount online then ... what things are remaining .. to get confirmation from customer .... From last 1.5 month my commission is still in Pending status ... which make me not to promote any more products of crocmint .....though its right time to get many more sale as we are heading towards new year .....

 

Dear Affiliate, if transaction is "Pending" or "Declined" in our stats, this means that we were not able to charge customer and did not receive anything for such order. Just unlike many other programs, our stats are absolutely transparent and we are showing all order statuses, not only approved orders.
You can even submit a test order through your template-based website or affiliate link with name like "Test Test" - and once submitted, you will see this order in your stats as "Pending" instantly (surely our processing department will not process such test order further, but it shows how our stats work).
