CRMs - which one you can recommend for use?

    There are hundreds of different CRMs now. Which ones you personally are using now/ used earlier?
    Can you name their pluses and drawbacks? Please provide as much info as you can. Thanks in advance!

    Its not a full fledged CRM but it has some CMS capabilites...I'm using rule.fm and I really like it

    It depends what its for. For a forum I like VB as everything integrates with it. For Blogs I like wordpress as its easy to use.

    We are using iMIS from Advanced Software International. The capabilities are good and a decent match for our not for profit organization. The software itself is undergoing a long process of modernization and when viewed from the database side, there is a lot of redundant history lying about. I am sure the same is true of the software, but I have not spent any time examining that. It is not open source.

    Is the word software forbidden here when capitalized?
