CRM Setup and Customizing

    I need someone to set up a CRM for us.
    I don't care what

    Software you use: VTiger, Sugar, etc.

    If you have a better solution, then great.

    It must be able to Do

    ***Emailing from within the CRM
    ***With Mail Merge fields in the letters

    • Track Opens
    • Add tasks, To-do, and Notes to contact
    • Import leads in CSV and or xl format
    • Add multiple users
    • Be able to limit functions of users
    • Add unlimited Custom fields
    • User Friendly
    • Layout must be User friendly.


    PS. Some of the fields in my excel spreadsheet are click-able
    links.Can those be imported into the CRM and still be
    click-able?

    What i really think is that its not the so deep story about the crm....i have searched in google about the crm site and found that
