CRM - manage customers

I need a simple application where I can manage my customers. What should I use?

U looking for off the shelf kinda tool or u want something customized for your need.

Anything I can use is fine. Customized or off the shelf.
It must be simple but include all contact and payment info + To do lists. Should have the possibility to let me make my own categories.
It will be used to manage customers that buy web design, koding and hosting in one package.

 

If you're just looking for note taking, client information like address and phone number, and the like, set up a wiki within a password protected directory.

If you want billing processing and this is for hosting, it would depend on what platform your using for hosting.

I will check out the wiki idea. I dont need billig processing. The ideal thing would be to have an application on my pc.

 

Xampp then?

If have office or open office, why not use app in there?

 

Xampp is good, but I would like to not install it on my pc just for that app.
