    It's nice simple and clean although it could do with something else to spice it up not sure what though lol.

    At the moment, the design seems a little overly monochromatic, dulling certain elements of the site that should really have more attention brought to them. For example, the menu on the top-right corner appears to blend in too much with the rest of the design -- you may want to make it more prominent.

    it would be nice if you add some web 2.0 effects to it... The paper covering the man's face looks not good.. it'z better to hold the paper a little downwards. :)

    make it brighter mate... maybe the color of the guy on the header should be in full color instead of blue tint..

    Try adding a bit more fade into the top bar and tey adding a different one on the bottom.
