Its looking good but given the color scheme, some thing flashier than the bulb would look better.

I dont like the header curve. It might be the screenshot, but it doesn't look smooth enough. Try adding a more detailed navbar with gradients and the like.

The lightbulb doesn't look good. If you want to keep the same concept I suggest you make a vector lightbulb.

If you add web 2.0 header text, it will also make the site look better.

    Good luck! =)

Red is too bright, even if it is a darker shade. Also, the light bulb could contrast more. And I hope that text is only going to be a serifed font for the time being.

Its nice although you've done what i always used to do... create something entirely using a graphics program - try adding some real photography or graphics - adding a balance of computer generated and real images is a good plan!

Some gradiends would really help. And you could make that bulb glow a bit to stand out.

I personally have no problem with the lightbulb itself. I think it should be white though and only be the height of your text. It should all be centered inside of the header.

Another thing I would change are your links. They don't stand out from your regular text. I would perhaps keep the text height, but make it bold. I would then shrink your default text to something a little smaller with a larger line height.
