Nice. Little bit retro, but it looks ok. In IE there are some font issues. Check that. IE6 has some em problems, use px instead for IE.

Hello, Well to be honest, as someone said it is a bit "retro" I believe they were right. It seems dull, if that makes sense, it is just sorta plain jane and not much going on there. I feel yo should add more images to the header, maybe spruce it up a bit more. With some adsense this will give you a bit of income from it as well. But def, ad some photos and I would say redo the logo and give it a more web 2.0 feel.
if you are managing the website then you should be the right person evaluating it. Just try to figure out services your users are looking for. Focusing on that could be the first step testing your website, it is the main reason for your website to be.
