Critique my self-made logo please

Just made this logo in photoshop, and it includes the part that says "beta version" with the little graph. Your thoughts and feedback are much appreciated.

 

The market part isn't aligned properly. I like however.

Your logo is just superb, very unusual but very attractive. Think you have a good knowledge of photoshop.

 

my only suggestion is to clean up the edges on the aliased words. Make the words and the border one color - dont try to make it 3d. It will look cleaner

 

I think the logo looks good but I do not like the "Text Ad" I do not think it
looks good with the logo, maybe it will look better if you remove the border.

I think there are too many unnecessary elements in the logotype. Make it simpler.

I think you can be a little bit more creative with the font of the text ad.

 

The TextAds part is conveying an old typewriting text which implies that your company has an old fashioned image. Is that what you want?
