Critique My Product & Copy 'til Your Hearts Content..

It's time for me to bite the bullet..

As I have reached the conclusion I don't have the skills to test and market this in a way some very clever affiliates could nor do I know any people with a list that's suitable for my product to do any testing I have decided to just list it in the market place after doing the best job I possibly could on the actual product and the sales copy. It's not in the marketplace yet but it will be before the week is out.. and I'm after all the advice you can throw at me.

Any critisisms and suggestions on the product or sales copy would be most welcome, thanks.

P.S. Who is the 'Rich Jerk'? This guy would knock him on his ass! ;)

Those long pages of hype with a fake signature and P.S. repel me. I like the blog posts however.

Looks pretty good, nice branding... Maybe add some more blog posts, looks a bit empty..

It should do well, but I have no idea what the numbers are like for fitness info products.. let us know how your launch goes!

Shall do Pixel Concepts, thanks. I have a few more blog posts drafted I should really finish them off and fill it up a bit more.

Looks like my thread asking for comments and critisism over at the Warriors Forum was deleted after it had 450 views within a few hours and became a hot thread. Strange, huh? Shame 'cos there was a lot more response in there but that's probably 'cos they have less sub-forums etc and most members congregate in the main discussion forum. Shame that 'cos I was getting some really great comments and suggestions.

    D'oh!

Are you selling viagra or an ebook? ;) (just kidding)

It's a good looking site, I have to admit I didn't read through the entire thing, I'm very turned off by long sales pages but the bits I did stop to read looked good.

I suggest you make a more prominent CLICK HERE TO ORDER link, include the little pictures of credit cards and paypal button.

IT all looks a bit too much of a joke to me. 4/10. Perhaps it's aimed more at men

That sounds like a girl in denial. It is a fact that woman (who are honest) find muscles on a guy hot as hell. Why not just admit it? I know it and all of my friends who workout know it.

Finding guys with muscles hot is as natural to a woman as eating and taking a dump and it sends their heads crazy with lust and enables the basic and primitive instincts social engineering simply cannot supress.

Unless of course the girls you know are extremely insecure and prefer the company of weenies whom you have no sexual interest in whatsoever and simply use them as comfortable stepping stones until you become real women who desire real men.

And of course it's aimed at men - are you blonde!

Anyway, thanks for the comments guys - I have taken them all on board and made the nessasary changes. ;)

    Pete,

    I like your marketing approach.

The Rich jerk concept certainly worked, and those looking to pick up chicks haven't necessarily seen the whole rich jerk thing yet.

Too bad you don't know anyone with a good list to promote it to. Someone with a list will likely pick up on it though because the marketing - cartoon, brand, easy name to remember, sales letter, etc. looks pretty good.

You are lacking an opt-in with some emails for follow up. I'm sure you know this increases sales. I would recommend that.

... Any advice for married guys? :)

LOL! Thanks for the comments Dean, yeah I'm kind of living on a hope someone with a list or affiliates will pick my product up and run with with as I have received nothing but positive feedback on the whole concept and sales letter - although I realise this doesn't mean people will buy I have achieved a sale in these early stages.

I will run with the idea on the opt-in, I'm thinking maybe a free guide on why most guys who go in the gym never get results....or maybe it should do more to convince them that building muscle is the way to a girls desires.. with lots of science and psychology thrown in - I could easy find some psychologists or people who've studied in biology to degree level to state some facts. What do you think?

Oh.. and for married men? Well.... you're already screwed! He he. :D

    Cheers :)

    Pete
