I have to come clean, i have never used Adcenter. I am currently running very successful campaigns on both Adwords and YSM and prior to browsing through threads in this forum, i was planning to expand to MSN Adcenter too just a week ago; but now im having second thoughts. It seems that you guys generally have bad experiences with Adcenter especially with keyword approval and customer service. Is this widespread, should i take the plunge or just stay away from MSN?.
We've been using adCenter for some time now, but I will admit it has been neglected. That's not to say that nobody had been following up on it, just that nobody cared. In the past, there were so many things wrong with it from ease of use to functionality. Recently I've come back and checked out some of the new wares and will say its a lot better than it used to be. It's still not as nice as adWords, but I would say it's worth getting your feet wet. Besides, most of your work in setting it up can be exported straight out of adWords and imported into adCenter, so it's definately not a burden on your time.
