Critical Adsense Issue

I got a critical problem. Let me explain it a bit. I had an adsense account which has been disabled yesterday.

I had about 800$ in that account and last month they have sent me 550$ via postal. On the disabling email they said your money has been redistributed to the advertisors. Now the question is, can i draw the 550$ cheque which i m having in my hand? I emailed their support but they didn't reply. Fact is if they give the money back to the advertisors, still the 550$ cheque is already issued and the money shouldn't be on the left balance of my account.

So that means i should be able to draw it. What you people think about it?

Normaly they clear the cheque when they disable an account

 

your current cheque will be cleared as that particular cheque belongs to previous month when they dont find anything annoying and disturbing in it. They charged their advertisers for that period so you need not worry for that amount.

This happenned to me too last year and i cleared the cheque. its been more than a year and nothing happenned till now. clear it asap.

 

I take it that you agree with them banning since you did not raise any questions regarding that.

 

I think you can, yes. If they sent you the check, that means you already passed auditing for that month, but not for this month. So the last check they sent you should be good.

 

Thank you guys. I hope it will be cleared. My adsense account has been banned for quite joking reason. they are telling another account is associated with me and publishers are not allowed to open two accounts. In real the other account is made by my brother's name and he stopped using it for days ago. although i emailed adsense support regarding the issue, but no reply till far.
