Criteria for getting accepted to affiliate programs?

Hey all, just wondering what criteria they are looking for when you apply for affiliate networks and programs within the networks?

I applied to many in the past few days, I didn't put a website in because I don't have one. I mostly use direct links to affiliate pages but the networks don't seem to ask about this.

What do you recommend I do to increase my chances of becoming a member of affiliate networks like Hydra, Copeac, etc.. when I'm just starting out? I mean, surely the only data they have to screen me is based on what I submit in the application form. What are they looking for?
