Cricket Site (Niche) for sale?

I am curious of putting my cricket comedy site www.easychum.com for sale. It has a pr2 ranking with google. Its realy the only decent one of its niche. About 3 months old. Has around 30 unique hits a day. The main referrers are google and ezine articles. Domain registration runs out feb 12th next year. I can't see what im earning with adsense because my channel reports are inaccurate. So how much should i be selling the site for?

 

I would say, probably not much given no real idea of revenue and low traffic and not really too popular theme (cricket comedy).
You might get lucky but i would say start at $20 and see how the auction goes.

anywhere from around $200. I don't have the revenue to advertise it. My hands are limited. But the thing is im sure it could make big bucks in the future. As its the only cricket comedy site.

No absolute minimum would be $200 . The content is realy good i have been told millions of times. But the visual features can be improved quite easily. I can't sell it for less than $200 because of the traffic it continues to reel in. About 100 uniques a day. When i post on cricket forums new articles it can go up to 500.

 

First post says 30 uniques a day, your last post says 100 uniques a day. Which is it? Can we see some proof of traffic please?
