Our CC processing is working fine for all other customers but we have some with a different account class when I try and run their cards I get.

[Plugin Warning] Unknown Internal Error; WARNING: transaction may have completed!! Please check your Transaction batch.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

What processing gateway are you using? Also, what version of Java Runtime do you have installed?

Should list it under add/remove programs.

I have two in add/remove, 1.2.2 and 1.4.2_05, but just an fyi this is happening on multiple workstations. And CC processing works fine for anybody without the different account class

I would uninstall both versions of JRE, then install 1.2.x just to make sure.

    DONE, but now I get.
The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.

I did try an account without the different account class and it went through fine.

Sounds like you have different merchant settings for the different account class. I would double check it under Maintenance & Preferences -> General Preferences -> More -> Merchant
