I discovered CL a few years ago. I have attempted to place ads there but I never says the opportunity to create a link back to my site and since I sell products you download without a link back to my site if dose no good. I never dreamed of any SEO benefits because of the lack of opportunity to create a link back. If anyone can help with this let me know. Also if there is a way to create a link back in an ad should I just paste my web address in or use html with my web address in it.
well the only way to add a link back to your site i would guess is using tiny url and changing it every 15 posts, only because the craigslist bot will detect it and ban it for good. then it will start ghosting your ads.
