The BIN price is so high because of the huge potential in a low competition search term. With a PR4-5 you would be ranked close to 1st and would receive a big amount of traffic due to the amount of searches each month (32000). Also the domain having the two main keywords would make SEO much easier.

This site has huge potential with its easy to remember name. All you have to do is upload the articles and get some traffic. I am selling because I have put my time into other projects.
