Not quite sure if I am going to develop it, or just resell it.

With no traffic or revenue accumulated (yet), what amount should I expect to receive from this domain?

Well, I put the domain up on Sedo. Figured if I still own it when I feel like developing it, I can.

Surprisingly, within about 8 hours (or less, not sure when I put it up on Sedo), I have had 274 unique views. I had originally expected little to no traffic, boy was I wrong. Now is when I wish I originally had this domain on a webhost that has cpanel. (The control panel I had at the time of making this thread had NO resource for stat viewing.)

I am still not too sure whether I will be developing this domain or not. I am a bit on the lazy side, and would rather not spend the time to do so.

With the traffic stats that I have for now, what would the appraisal be? Or, should I preferably wait a few days, get a good estimate on traffic and then post here?
