    All traffic has been natural and starting end of April I stopped adding/optimizing content on the site and have been too busy so now I am selling it. This is why the traffic slowed down so much. This site has proven it can make over $400 a month easy.

    The site is optimized so much that the CTR is from 15-30 %. If you let the site just sit around and don’t do anything to it is just makes about $50 a month. If you added articles or any new content it seems to jump up in the search engines and you can easily make 400 or more a month. The forum has about 25 members.

    Credit is a popular topic in the news so now is a great time to get a site like this in your collection.

    I'm somewhat interested. Are the articles original? Can you send me a screenshot of the adsense income? Are you including the domain credit-card-family.com with it?

    Not easy. It has proven it can make over $400 two months in a row, but if it were easy your revenue would not have dropped when you stopped updating the site. It's got potential, but I don't think it's worth anywhere what you're asking until it's got a much longer track record of high revenue generation. Nonetheless, if you do manage to sell it for your BIN, I'll be happy to eat my words since the marketplace always has the last word and the last laugh.
