    Such a low level TLD. I wouldn't give it more than a Registration Fee to mid $xx within the next 5 years. Lose this domain, buy a .com.

    Developed, I don't think it would be that trivial. You do have kind of a funny domain name with its extension; CreditCardGuide.co.in (co.in = coin :D ...which is monetary and related to the Credit industry.) The undeveloped domain is the issue. Because you don't have CreditCardGuide.com you're going to have a harder time getting visitors and this can be a reason in itself to find a better domain to develop (Maybe a .com :D).

    Anyways, before you go any further make sure you aren't infringing on the business of another because you are using the same name as the already taken extension(s). In this case, I'm assuming you'd be infringing on their rights.
