Such a low level TLD. I wouldn't give it more than a Registration Fee to mid $xx within the next 5 years. Lose this domain, buy a .com.
Developed, I don't think it would be that trivial. You do have kind of a funny domain name with its extension; CreditCardGuide.co.in (co.in = coin ...which is monetary and related to the Credit industry.) The undeveloped domain is the issue. Because you don't have CreditCardGuide.com you're going to have a harder time getting visitors and this can be a reason in itself to find a better domain to develop (Maybe a .com ). Anyways, before you go any further make sure you aren't infringing on the business of another because you are using the same name as the already taken extension(s).
