Hi, Just replied to you. In general, when you email us you need to provide your full name/email/account with us so that we can look into your account activity and address your concerns properly. Most commonly people do not get timely replies because we do not get sufficient information from messages to properly identify affiliates' account. You can also contact us via contact form from your account once you're logged in -- these take priority over those that are entered without logging in. Alex
