can i send money to anybody with my Credit Card through MoneyBookers?

if MBookers accepts your country, then YES.
but your recipient must also have a MB account.

signup on moneybookers and send money or tell your friend to send you. this should be instantly, but first you have to verify your cc/bank account.

 

You have to verify your CC at MoneyBookers first then you would be able to upload funds from credit card to your MoneyBookers account.

 

Unless the other party has the Moneybookers Merchant Services enabled, you will need to first fund your moneybookers account with a credit card which you use to verify then when the money is transferred then you can use it to pay the other party.

If they do have the merchant services then you can pay direct through your credit card.

 

Yes they need to have merchant services enabled
and i think must be business account
