    Hello Fellow DP Members,

I wanted to know if anyone had any tips to spruce up my site. I may just end up selling it because I have not touched it for a few months so suggestions to quickly up the value without spending more would be great.

I have WordPress installed and am using the Thesis theme which I bought way back when and currently use it for pretty much all of my developing blogs. Its pretty dull right now because I just use Thesis for the primary SEO but when I start getting ranked I switch it out for a more user-friendly theme so that the average time on site shoots up. If you have a specific theme (free :p) that you think would look nice for prospective buyers please let me know.

Here is a little more so you all can give more targeted advice. I saw this domain expiring soon a couple months ago (April?) and finally picked it up Jun 7, $12 for a 7 year old domain is nice right? The thing is I worked on it for about a week and got caught up in other projects. It was not until a couple hours ago, checked Google stats for another site, that I saw this again.

Looking at the stats, I now see that 719 pages are indexed, there are 500 links back to my site which bring in about 30-40 visitors per week. I have not touched this domain since mid-June so all of the visitors are from search engines and high traffic blogs and the numbers have been solid since June, probably because its a 7 year old domain. Not bad long-term results for a week of work right?

I don't know what niche the previous owner targeted but I felt like going for credit cards because I have not before and its a really lucrative market. I had never monetized the site, completely forgot about it, but I will throw on an opt-in box and AdSense by the time you all see this.

Well, that is all for now. If you want to know more just ask. Hopefully you guys can help me out.

    Thanks,
    Sid Poudyal
