    AcclaimNetwork offers a great variety of credit card programs including individual banks and Credit-Land.com. You can go with straight affiliate program or get a free co-branded website. Others charge $$$ for this. Credit-Land.com also offers datafeed at no cost. Just ask. Great landing pages with good conversions.

    Does credit land the only one who offer free co-branded website?

    Do I have full control on the site? change the template? optimize the site , exchange links , etc...

    If it's a true landing page you should be able to manipulate non- trademarked images.
