I have credit card and I do not have paypal as PayPal is not allowed for my country. How can I pay money to a person's paypal account?
A person can pay to a Paypal account directly through a credit card... if the seller has already enabled the option of getting payments from such buyers... in his paypal account! Read the details about how to go about the same.... here! Regards, RightMan
I only plan to use it for my everyday´s little expenses. Since the Walmart Discover isn´t good to use in many places around here, I longed for a Visa/Mastercard. I´ve been paying almost everything with my Visa debit card the past 3 years and now it´s time to earn cash backs!!!!!!
RightMan, that option is no longer listed under Website Payment. This applies for more than one country too. Nowadays paypal policy regarding direct credit card payments is not very clear but one thing is certain. If the person that is selling the product/service has a business or premier account than paypal enables direct credit card payments. The credit card submission form will be visible on the main buy now paypal page (the one with the login form). However if the one who pays through paypal already has a paypal account and he/she logged in at least once to it from the same browser (if a specific cookie has been dropped) than paypal will only show the login form and will no longer show the direct credit card payment page. There is one case when they show both but hide the credit card payment form behind a link situated in the same place the form would have been normally displayed. (on the left side of the paypal page).
