    I think PayPal is the best. I haven't used any other services yet. I would however like to know if there are any superior services than paypal for online transactions.

    Is this a credit or debit card? ATM machine?

    Getting cash from a credit card comes at an extremely high rate. There's not going to be any processor that knowingly allows it because it is against issuer TOS. ATM or point of sale cash back is pretty much the only way to do it.
