    No.. 2checkout doesn't have any monthly fee. But they're a third party processor too. I think you're looking for a true merchant account.

    7% will add up fast. Our rates are under 2% . I suggest you read up on the processing industry. Paypal and 2checkout overcharge the not so savvy merchant. Try a merchant account. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions. I hate seeing business owners give away so much money on super high rates.
