    hotfile.com seems to use segpay.com.
    At least that is where you end up during the checkout process.
    Haven't completed the checkout, nor do I have any experience with either of them.

    Segpay is charging quite a premium, their advertised rates start from 14.5% according to their website.

    Just check their website whether they have a logo about their payment processor.Like a verisign trust seal.
