I have one unclearly question. In case I wan't to set up company in UK and open bank account in other country. Or other case: if I want to set up off shore company and have bank account in off shore.

How difficult is to get credit card merchant, where can be troubles?

With other words, what I need to know if I want to offer to my costumers online payments methods? What is the first step?

    Thank you!

Where do you want to set up the merchant account? You have Worldpay, 2CO, and Paypal as some options.

Then there is the gateway Protx that might be able to help you.

Providers - depending on the specific location, you have Barclay's, HSBC, Lloyd's to name a few

I have no idea, but I heard that verification straight through bank can cost 7.000 GBP per year. Do you think is that too much?

Worldpay is one of the best options for the UK then you can direct deposit the money anywhere you want.

If you are trying to not pay tax (not sure why you want an "offshore" account), you won't because you are still doing business primarily from the UK.

It is the setup of your company that defines what country you are doing business in, not your bank account or credit card processor

I think Worldpay is expensive for small traders, its better to check with few more providers like 2checkout, paypal, chronopay, moneybookers and others that Corey has mentioned there.

Just set up first your company and the next flow will go on.
Don`t worry with that planned bank account on other countries; that would be
a secondary transaction. The gateways of your payments or any transactions through your credit card account at other countries would simply be provided by the credit card company as long as they are registered as an international credit card.

You had a good clarification for your planned business..

Have a good start on it.
