Hi everyone, I have had trouble paying ppl on credit card. I am verified and have lifted restrictions but quite frequently the option to use the credit card is grey. This happens sometimes even after a small transaction, so not sure if it is to do with limits. Does paypal have a time restriction limit on sending payments? Don't know what to do, paypal help is a nightmare! Can't pay using e-cheques or debit because I am not authorised to do so by the company I work for. This has been frustrating because some good people have had to wait at least 24 hrs b4 payment when I intended it to be instantaneous after the services were provided! Thanks, any advice appreciated! Red Suggestion? Help?
