Hello all, I lost my card and had to get a new one. I never updated it in my adwords account. So I did a prepayment. Now I cannot change the card information since a payment is process. Well now my funds are exhausted and nothing is running and I cannot refresh the balance. Is there any way around this or do I just have to wait it out? Thanks
Your best bet is to contact Google directly: You should also be able to access help (contacting Google) by going into your AdWords account, then click on HELP (in the upper right corner). Once there, follow this pathway: AdWords › Help articles › Contacting Support › Contact Us
