If someone Steal my Credit Card number and use it online then what can I do ? how can I take the actions? Or What can do the 2checkout.com if they get a fraud order ! IP address is enough to find the frauds? I wana know the details about the fraudulent activity. and law !!! Thanks !!!
If someone fraudulently uses your credit-card on a merchant such as 2CheckOut, simply do a chargeback when you’ve received your financial institution's statement and the rest is of their concern!
Your bank is unwilling to do a chargeback? I find that hard to believe, but if it is true – you should consider changing banks. Rest assured, your bank should have a coverage for fraud, so it shouldn't be a problem for the most part.
I agree here with you. Banks usually have coverage for frauds or they're of no use. Do a chargeback, which probably wont be denied by the bank.
As suggested do a chargeback your bank should be able to do that. And if there are comming more fraudulent orders then get a new credit card thats the best option you have.
