credit card fraud, I will lost my 3k $

    Two ppl from the same address buy from me and buy 7 times by cc. yesterday i found the eariler order was chargeback. I afriad the next 6 order will be charge back too. How do i do now? I think i need to do something.

    I mean, someone order product from me by cc, and they got products, and they file an chargeback, take their money back.

    When there is a doubt about the credibility of a transaction, It is always advisable to ask the buyer to scan or fax in their ID proof, address and the credit card front and back, I understand this is a lengthy procedure but in the long run this can save you loses arising from charge backs, Frequent charge backs would result in your account with the payment processor getting suspended,

    you may want to consider a fraud detection system. Like some web services or something that can check the IP address of the order origin and lots more before you submit your order to the payment processor.

    Seems your Credit card is compromised, you should contact your bank immediately and ask them to Block the card first.
