Credit Card fraud from 1and1.com??

Hello
Yesterday i have registered for this domain at 1and1.com

ajithpartners.com

It was written that 6.99 for .com domain but they have charged more than $10 from my credit card and sent canceled Order.The given information was correct but the credit card details was different from the domain owner
after charging more than $10 they asked to re enter the credit card details and asked to pay again

How can i go against 1and1.com?

This is the mail which i got first
