    How long do Indian banks take to complete investigations for credit card disputes?

    Anyone has experience with disputes for international online transactions?

    paypal Sux at such cases

    Mine isn't a paypal case.... it is an online credit card dispute and I am the one who filed the dispute (chargeback) as the transaction wasn't done by me.

    U need to contact the back and they will reverse your money in just 1-2 hours,it wont take more that 2 working days.

    The reversal is not final.

    The banks investigate the matter and then decide if the chargeback claim was legitimate.

    If the decision goes against the card-holder, he has to pay the amount as well as interest for the period for which the investigation was going on.

    The transaction has already been reversed in my account, but I haven't got any reply regarding the investigations.
