I have an Indian Credit card, For an Hosting service provider, I got a coupon which gives me 99.9% discount on the hosting plan, and it amounts to 0.01$. What will be the amount charged to my card? 0.01$ only?

Please explain can someone charge so much small amount on a CC, Will my CC accept it?

Yes they could charge and credit card company will approve that - they dont have any issue in that.

The hosting company takes this money just for the sake of verification that the credit card which you have entered is still live and working.

    Hope it helps...

Its just for verification purpose. Its Like paypal or any other processor charge before verifying your credit card. No issue in deducting such a small amount. Just verify before paying that its not a recurring payment unless you want to continue with them for long. Hope this helps...

Chances are they will just give it to you. Otherwise, they will probably lose about $.20. Have you contacted them to ask them? They might charge your credit card anyway - this way, they could possibly store your number on their payment gateway for recurring billing / overages, etc. Each company has different TOS / AUP so the best thing is to contact them.

You should contact them - it sounds like they will lose money but gain a customer. Sometimes gaining a customer is more important.
