Credit card application form on site

I`ve got a site with credit cards on it, and I would like for my customers to be able to apply for several credit cards at once just by filling in their information in the boxes. Now, I really have no idea how to do this, and I want it to be automated; the people fill in the info on my site, and all the applications are automatically sent to the card companies.

Whattayathink? Anyone with a good solution? :)

I'm pretty sure most of the creditcard app companies have some of their text box's name change on refresh. So, I doubt it would work.

You should check ToS's first of the credit card Company's, I'm pretty sure there's something in there about the person needing to Submit those forms directly.
Better not get into legal trouble

What if I create a database or something; people fill in their info, and it is stored at my database. Then I fill in the application for them? This way I get waaaaay more applications, and I get payed per appl.. More money for me. :)

Whatever you do you are going to want to make sure that you are on a secure server.

Yes, have a Security Certificate and Good SSL(With HTTPS://) if you want people not to worry, might cost you a bit, but its worth it.

I don't think this is possible, but not completely sure. In order to do this you'd basically have to get the users info and fill out the credit card application yourself with they're information. This is definitely against terms of service, you'd have to talk directly to the companies I'm guessing.
