I'm now having a domain registered and would like to test a credit card affiliate site. Does anyone here have experience in it or have something to share about credit card affiliate program? For example, how you market the site? Have been approved by credit-land & ncsreporting. I have some html and css experience but not very familiar with php. So, what is the best way to set up the site with minimum cost? Is using a CMS recommeded? Thank you.
