creative newsletter ideas and tips

    HI Friends,

    I want to create newsletter. For that, I have already select a template for it then what I have to do and what are the important things will be consider while we creating newsletters.. like title, name.. if you have any idea about this then please help me..

    and yes.. any FREE software which is helpful to it..?
