Buying Creative & Experienced Graphic Designer for T-Shirt Designs

Please read the entire description of my requirement before contacting me. I own a t-shirt selling portal and am looking for Experienced graphic designers who can design several unique creative art for t-shirts around a given theme.

For example, if the theme provided is causes(charity), you will have to create several such designs around it and provide me the png(transparent) CMYK file, 300dpi in A4 size. Secondly, the designer should have speed of implementation and should be capable of providing several designs in the shortest possible time.

As I am hiring somebody for a long term project, I want you to provide at least 3 designs as a sample. You need not send the high quality image and can send a smaller jpg version. Along with the designs, do quote how much will you charge for a set of 20 designs in a given category and the timeframe to complete these 20 designs. I will be giving work in the sets of 20 designs regularly to the selected freelancer.
