Contest Creative Designers- We Need You! $55 Logo Contest - 4 days- Paypal Payout

We are in need of some creative designers who can do logo and mascot creations.
The contest will go for 4 days, payout of $55 will be on paypal, feedback will be given each day.

We are creating a new website called BirdsOnTheBrink.com It is just getting started and is not finished, but you can look at it for colors, etc. at the link.

This website is for a Sanctuary protecting and caring for endangered birds and other living things, in the state of Georgia in the USA.
The name on the site and logo will be:
Birds on the Brink Sanctuary
and all the living things they love

We are going to use this logo on our website and all of our social media accounts.
The Sanctuary needs a logo or icon that is easily recognizable by colors, design and the mascot face or creation.
The main bird is named Leo and he has a friend named Bentley. They will have their own page on the website called:
What’s Up Leo and Bentley - Leo and Bentley’s view on what’s happening.

We would love to see lots of different new ideas and creations- originals, not stock photos or clip art.
If you would like to do a logo of a bird and a dog together, I will add the real life pics of them in the folder at dropbox, included below here. Please don't use their photo in your creation as it will be hard to use in a file or on some sites.
I will also include the bird that we are using for our color scheme and for some icons on the site.

The color palette can be found in the pictures at this link. It is in blue, orange, yellows, greens... hex #s are included on the picture so you can use the exact colors we want. You do not have to use all the colors, but please use the colors we provide.

This Bird Sanctuary will be protecting many birds who are endangered and on the brink of extinction. That is why the name, On The Brink.
There will also be tortoises (big old turtle like creatures), butterflies, bees and other animals at the sanctuary.

We are looking for something different, creative, original...
We will be happy to see a mascot that is easily recognizable, or a combo or Leo and Bentley together, but we will also look at something that is not a mascot as well.
Just no clip art or stock photos please.

Great first try! We like what you submitted and would like to see it with a few tweaks...
First on the bird- We would like to see him with an orange chest, green wings and the beak in dark gray and the highlight you have on top still remaining.
For the dog, cute puppy... we can already hear the owner of the dog and one of the people doing the site... but his ears are not brown! LOL... anyway, if you could make his ears just slightly darker than his body, it may work for them... I know he is not really quite yellow, but it works with our color pallet.
Also, the lines on the third one showing movement can be taken off...

Can we also see the words in Black and Blue or some other color combo. Since the blue chest will go away, having the word Sanctuary in Blue brings it back in somewhere.

Divine World, thank you so much for your very creative design.
The animals are very cute and look a lot like the originals... well done on that.
The overall logo won't work for us on the site or social covers. The dimensions and layout just don't work for us. The image would have to be shrunk down so much to use it and then the cuteness of the animals would be lost.
We appreciate you taking time and creativity to submit your design to us... just not what we're looking for though.

Thank you for making the changes. I will be showing this to the page owners soon for their feedback. Also thank you for several variations with the colors and texts and circle as well. That really helps.

We just looked at it on a few screens and the other thing that popped up for my partner and I was the the upper line of text (And all the living things they love) is really hard to read when you make it much smaller.
Is there something you can do to make that line of text easier to read?
And could you start it with a capital A on the first letter... I did not write it that way in the notes to begin with, sorry about that.
