Creative Designer Needed For eCard Type Project

    I need a designer to make somewhat of an eCard congratulating a person on a perfect quality score. The card has to be PG rated and not reference religious holidays like Christmas. Depending on how creative you are with these I might need ten or twenty from you. Please send me an example of your work and how much you would charge. Here's an example of what I'm looking for.

    So are you doing business in that ecard industry? Here are tons of sites offering free cards and ppt templeates. Why not search for it instead of make ones yourself?
