Creative Caricature Style - $30

I need a caricature style creative for a new project. The character should be drawn in colour, no black and white entries please. You can be as creative as you wish to be, so long as the following parameters are met:

- Male
- Caucasian
- Age 30 - 35
- Dimensions: 200px by 200px
- White / Transparent Background

Scroll right to the very bottom of the page and look at the last two images of the female and the black / white caricature alongside it. It has the text "the 'full' caricature treatment" written below it. Thats the sort of thing I am after but in colour and for a male.

any suggestions for costumes/actions/poses? will the image be used in a specific context, or should the character just be standing there?

My client will be using the resulting image for his bio pages. For example if he were a member of DP he would resize the image and use it as his avatar.

Leo and zyndtel both have the right idea of what I am looking for, facial shot with shoulders.
